Administrative Assistant to Sales Director

Main responsibilities and duties:

• This position will support the North America Sales Director with weekly tasks, yet the main function will be to support 3 key customer groups – GM, BMW, Diversified Markets Group
• Weekly Collections and other reports
• Populate financial reports
• Forecasting data collection, distribution and analysis
• Support price checking, contract review and system populating
• Monitor and route data from customer portals
• Submit internal RFQ’s into AKWEL system
• Complete cost breakdowns
• Monitor prototype orders
• PO approval and distribution/storage
• Complete various compliance documents for multiple customers
• Assist with marketing materials and prospecting new customers as directed

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree in Business or Engineering field strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting
• Strong aptitude in computer software – particular MS Office Suite + proven ability to quickly adapt to alternate software platforms
• Must be comfortable presenting in front of a group
• Extremely detailed and able to multi task with confidence
• Customer Service experience a plus
